Venetian  Shores Homeowners Association is a voluntary association of property  owners within the Venetian Shores Neighborhood.  
The purpose of the  Association and it's Board of Directors is to maintain and improve the  Venetian Shores Subdivision.  
A VS property owner may become a member  upon payment of the yearly VS membership fee. 
The Board of Directors  are elected by the members of the Association.  The directors' job is  completely voluntary as they donate their time to the board.
The  goals of the Board of Directors are to promote community minded  projects and committees, maintain and continue to improve the beautiful  landscaping of Venetian Shores while providing a liaison with the  Village of Islamorada and aid in communication between our neighbors  through the Venetian Shores newsletter and website.
The  Board of Directors hold monthly meetings the dates of which are posted  in the "Calendar of Events" and the minutes of the meetings are posted  on this website in the "Minutes".  Homeowners are welcomed to join the  meetings.  There is also a Venetian Shores Annual Meeting each year in  January.
